Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on MAGIC Side Quest (magicsidequest.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who We Are

MAGIC Side Quest is operated by AGamers. AGamers is the parent brand for the MAGIC Side Quest application and associated services.

The Service

MAGIC Side Quest is a gamified productivity app that generates daily micro-quests based on the MAGIC framework. We provide:

  • A free tier with limited daily quests and access to core features.
  • A premium tier (paid subscription) with additional features including leaderboards, badges, streak freezes, and quest re-rolls.

Your Account

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time via your profile page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refund Policy: In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, provided you have not started using the premium features. Once you have accessed or used premium features, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund for that billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboards.
  • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising MAGIC Side Quest is owned by AGamers. The MAGIC framework is proprietary to AGamers / agamemasterminds.com. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Your quest notes and feedback remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a licence to store and display them within the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGamers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
